It depends on you either to pursue higher studies or prefer to do job for better opportunities. If you want job then firstly clear gate as because companies are offering jobs on the basis of gate results.
If you want to pursue higher studies then for masters degree some options are given below:-

Computer Aided Design and Manufacturing
Manufacturing Engineering
Thermal Engineering
Automobile Engineering
Material Technology
Industrial Engineering

If you want to study further, then you can go for M.Tech from IITs/NITs.
For M.tech you have to clear GATE exam, which is conducted by IITs. It is an objective type exam.
You can get more details here.

If you want to take job after B.Tech, then you can apply for PSUs through the same exam, GATE.
But for jobs in PSU, you have to score a high rank in GATE, within 200.
You can apply in following PSUs:

IOCL, HPCL
NTPC, POWERGRID
ONGC, OIL

My first preference for you is to go for jobs. Public sector companies are giving jobs on the basis of GATE score.

2nd preference is higher studies i.e. M.Tech. In M.Tech, below are good for you

Computer Aided Design and Manufacturing
Industrial Engineering
Material Technology
Automobile Engineering
Thermal Engineering
Manufacturing Engineering
