Re: M.Sc in Maths can be done after B.Tech in Mechanical engineering? It depends upon university from which university you want to take admission .If yoy want to apply for M.Sc maths then you should have completed B.sc in maths. So you are not eligible for M.sc in maths after doing B.Tech. Some universities may allowed for master degree like IGNOU on the basis of entrance exam.IGNOU conducted entrance exam for the admission in master degree in mathematics. |

Re: M.Sc in Maths can be done after B.Tech in Mechanical engineering? Yes you can go for M.sc course but your M.sc subjects will be related to your B.tech degree. And you can also do dual course of M.tech and M.Sc which is a 4 years course. Many of the universities provide this dual degree course. - Lovely Professional University, Jalandhar - Shri Sai Ram Engineering College, Cheenai - M.V.J College of Engineering, Bangalor - Galgotia College of Engineering & Technology, Noida there are some colleges which provide this dual degree course except from this there are also so many college who provide this dual degree course. But in my opinion you have to go with M.Tech course. Because M.Sc is quite different from your course. Whether it is from science field but M.Tech is a technical course. It's study is quite difference from the M.Sc course. So you have to be make your career in M.tech. |

M.Sc in Maths can be done after B.Tech in Mechanical engineering? Can i do M.SC in maths after B.TECH in Mechanical Engineering. I have done B.TECH after 3 years Diploma in Mechanical engineering. |
