Yes, after completion of M.Sc environmental science you are eligible for CSIR NET exam.

Those candidates who have completed BS-4 years program/BE/B. Tech/B. Pharma/MBBS/Integrated BS-MS/M.Sc. or Equivalent degree with at least 55% marks are eligible for CSIR NET exam.

Your age should be below 28 years.

Candidates passed master's degree in any discipline are eligible to appear for CSIR NET examination.


So, you can appear for examination. There is no criteria for age limit as candidate with 55% percent in master's degree are eligible to appear for examination. Your course will considered in science.

NET stands for National Eligibility Test and it is examination conducted by UGC twice every year.

Yes, candidates passed master's degree from any recognised university are eligible to appear for examination. Minimum required percentage to appear for examination is 55% and relaxation for reserved category.

There is limitations on age criteria to appear for JRF but not for lecturer.

If I am with M.Sc environmental science.could I eligible for csir exam? If eligible then it comes under which category of sciences given in csir format of application? What would be the minimum criteria required for the same? Answer me soon.
