Re: Whether 5 years relaxation is given to general category women in UGC NET JRF? NET exam conducted by cbse for JRF and Assistant Professor. This exam held two time in the year in month of june and december. To appear in NET exam candidate must have pass post graduation with at least 55 percent marks. OBC/SC/ST/PWD category candidate must have 50% marks in PG. Age of candidate for JRF not more than 28 years. Relaxation upto 5 years is provided who belong to OBC/SC/ST/PWD categories and to women applicants. 3 years relaxation in age to candidate possessing LLM Degree. There is no upper age limit for applying for Assistant Professor. |

Re: Whether 5 years relaxation is given to general category women in UGC NET JRF? No, there is no relaxation in age for women of general category in NET examination. NET examination is conducted by UGC twice every year. The eligibility to appear for examination is candidate must have passed master's degree from any recognised university and age between 19-28 years for JRF. Candidate must have scored between 55% aggregate in master's degree. There is no age limit to appear for examination for lectureship. The examination is conducted in month of June and December. Re: Whether 5 years relaxation is given to general category women in UGC NET JRF? In UGC NET JRF the maximum age limit is 28 years 5 years.But special age relaxation is given to sc/st/obc category.The female applicants are also given 5 years relaxation. |

Re: Whether 5 years relaxation is given to general category women in UGC NET JRF? Age limit and relaxation: Maximum upper age limit is 28 years. Relaxation up to 5 years is provided to the candidates belonging to OBC category, SC and ST, physically handicapped and 2 women applicants. |

Whether 5 years relaxation is given to general category women in UGC NET JRF? What is age limit for general category women in ugc net jrf... In the book it has mentioned 5 years relaxation for women.. Is it right? |
