The minimum age limit required to appear in MPSC JMFC 2016 examination is 25 years and the maximum age limit is mentioned below :- 1. Thirty-five years in the case of Advocates with three years practice. 2. Twenty five years in case of fresh Law Graduates. 3. Forty-five years in the case of ministerial staff. Upper age relaxation is applicable to reserved category candidates as per government rules. So, being a 35 years old candidate, you are eligible to appear in MPSC JMFC 2016 examination. |

The entrance examination is conducted by state government and in case of Maharashtra, Maharastra Public Service Commission conducts the exam. Eligibility criteria: >>Bachelor's degree in any law with at least 55% marks from a recognized law university or institute. >>Age limit for JFMC exam for open category is 21-35 years and for OBC category, there is age relaxation of three years and for SC/ST candidates upto five years. You can apply for JFMC exam 2016. |

Yes, You can write the JMFC(Judicial Magistrate First Track court) examination conducted by MPSC(Maharashtra Public Service Commission). The age limit for General categorie is 21-35 and 3 year relaxation for OBC and 5 year relaxation for SC/ST. All the Best |

Being 35 years old can I appear in JMFC 2016 exam conducted by MPSC? I am belonging to NT-D caste in Maharashtra & also having non creamy layer certificate, I am going to complete 35 years in June 2016, can I am eligible for Exam of JMFC conducted by MPSC on 05 June 2016? |
