You have completed B.E in Chemical Engineering so, you are eligible for M.SC in Analytical Chemistry.

Those candidates who have completed graduation degree in Chemistry or its equivalent from a recognized University are eligible for M.Sc in Analytical Chemistry.

Your age should be above 17 years.

Yes. You are eligible for M.sc (Analytical Chemistry) after completion of B.E.(Chemical).

M.sc (Analytical Chemistry) Eligibility
You must have passed bachelor's degree with chemistry from a recognized university

Yes you are eligible as there is no any bondage in the selection of subject. You can pursue in any of the desired subject. And hence you are eligible to pursue Master's in Analytical Chemistry.
You can pursue from any subject other than your Bachelor's degree.
Candidate must be a holder of graduation degree from a recognized university.
There is no upper age limit.

You must have done B.Sc in Chemistry with atleast 60% marks from any recognized institution.

You must have done 12th class with sixty percent marks with PCM subjects.

Your age must not be less than 18.

So, you are eligible for M.Sc in Analytical Chemistry since you are an undergraduate in Chemistry.
