Re: How to join Merchant Navy after completing diploma in mechanical engineering from Mumbai University You can join Merchant Navy for the posts like junior engineer after completing B.tech in Mechanical Engineering. To get entry in Merchant Navy you have to go for Pre Sea course. Pre Sea course is one year course which is conducted by various Merchant Navy & Marine Engineering institute in india. After completing pre sea course you can get entry in Merchant Navy as engineer. |
