Only a graduate with a degree from recognized institution can be eligible for IAS Exam so during the course start preparing for ias with the syllabus in your hand when you complete your degree you should be well thorough with the syllabus after go for ias exam conducted in three stages preliminary,mains and interview after clearing these three you will become an ias officer after training

To become an IAS officer course does not matter what matter is having deep knowledge and good understanding about that subject.
After completion of schooling do your graduation with your favourite subjects and get the mastery over that. Then join a good coaching institute to guide you more about how to crack civil service(IAS,IPS etc.) exams.
IAS stands for Indian Administrative Service. Its exam is conducted by UPSC.
Eligibility for IAS>>>
1). One must have completed their graduation with any stream from a recognised university.
2). Age must be lie between 21 to 32 years.
3). Relaxation in age is possible for reserved catagory.
Stages of Exam>>>
Exams happen in three stages.
1). Preliminary test.
2). Mains test.
3). Personal Interview(PI)
After clearing all the stages successfully a candidates must come in the list of top 400 to be IAS.

I am in class 9 in kendriya vidyalaya shivpuri and I want to become an ias officer but I don't know any thing about how to become an ias officer please !

What guidelines to be followed to become an IAS officer?

I have completed 12th class recently.I aspire to be an IAS officer.what guidelines to be followed from now itself in order to gain success in the exam by the time I reached eligibility?
