can i get a b category seat in top ten engineering colleges after scoring 55 marks in eamcet and 920 marks in ipe

I got 964 marks in ipe and 90 marks eamcet.Can i get b category seat in top 10 engg colleges

I got 63 marks in Eamcet ,949 in IPE,group total 570/600 and had a NCC A certificate ..can i get B category seat in any of top colleges..???/
