Popular courses in engineering are mostly CSE and ECE as most of the companies recruit students of this course in big numbers. Also, salary is according to the post you enjoy in company and on your skills as well. Just go for admission in those colleges which have good placements and provide quality education. Some of options are: DU, NIT, Lovely Professional University, AMU, BITS.....etc.
Refer to their website for more details regarding admission process.

Hello,
I will advise you to go for Civil.
Unlike previous days, this sector is blooming in the market today and has become a lot cool to.
I mean previously if you wanted to go to the management side, you needed to change your career,
But now places like RICS and Amity University have started courses which offer MBA in Civil related fields like:-
1. Construction Project Management
2. Real Estate
3. Urban Infrastructure

Dear user

In engineering if you persue anything from good university that has good scope.

But in todays modern world scope of cse is greater.
It has greater package and placement records.

If you persue cse from top rated college then you are sure to get package around 8-12 lakhs and somtimes more than that.

So good luck for future.
