Re: How can I apply for JBT course after 12th standard? In which entrance exams I can apply? Yes , I want to know that I have passed my 12th class from PCB so in entrance exam what type of question will be asked . will all the questions come from my 11th and 12th syllabus |

JBT stands for Junior Basic Training. The eligibility to appear for examination is :- Candidate must have passed 10+2 from any recognised board. Candidate must have passed 10+2 with minimum 50%. The duration of course is two years and the entrance examination is conducted by various university for admission in respective university. JBT is a two year diploma program which qualifies its candidates in imparting elementary education. After possessing this program,one can get jobs like teacher, teacher assistant, counselor , education administrator, librarian , coach, etc . One needs to qualify in the CET with at least 40% marks for General category and 35% marks for reserved categories to apply for the JBT . Eligibility criteria for JBT are as under :- -The candidate should have passed 10+2 with at least 50% marks in aggregate from a recognized Central or State board of Secondary Education . -The candidate possessing graduation degree with at least 45% marks in aggregate from a recognized university are also eligible to apply for the course . -The candidate age must be in between 17 years to 28 years to apply for the course. Upper age limit is relaxed by 5 years for the candidates of reserved category . |
