Engineering is the branch of science and technology which deals with the design, building, and use of engines, machines, and structures. Engineering is a ocean of branches. In Engineering course, there are different branches like CSE, ECE, IT, EEE, Civil, Mechanical, etc.,. The duration of Engineering course is 4 years. The minimum eligibility criteria required to do Engineering course is mentioned below :- => You should have completed Intermediate or equivalent with Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry and English Subjects from a Government recognised board. => You should be at least 17 years old. Admission Process :- => To get admission in Engineering course, you should have to appear in National level or State level entrance examinations like JEE Main, JEE Advanced, EAMCET, MHTCET, etc.,. Some top universities also conducts their own entrance examinations like SRM EEE, VIT EEE, BITSAT, etc.,. => By qualifying the National or State level entrance examination, you will be called for counselling process according to your examination rank, you will be allotted a seat in the college which you are eligible to get admission for pursuing Engineering course. => You can also take admission in Engineering course through B-Category (Management) quota seats by contacting the college administration but, the fee structure of B-Category seats is more when compared to the Convenor quota seats which can be secured through National or State level entrance examination |

Bachelor of Engineering / Bachelor of Technology degree course is a four year bachelor degree course after pursuing which one heads towards becoming an engineer. The minimum educational qualification required to pursue the same course is a higher secondary school degree course with Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics as a main subjects with a minimum of 50% aggregate ( in case o reserved category it must be at least 40% ) from a recognized board. Also students having completed their three years diploma in engineering degree course are eligible for direct admission in the second year of same degree course. Also to be eligible for pursuing the same course from top government or private engineering college you are required to clear entrance examinations like JEE, State EEE, EAMCET, BITSAT, SRMEEE, VITEEE for which the details cab be acquired by visiting their respective official link. |
