Re: Can a 11th class student apply for AIEEE? Dear friend,  You can appear for AIEEE exam only if you are in 12th Standard or have just passed 12th standard. You will get 3 consecutive chances to crack AIEEE Exam. However, AIEEE Exam has been renamed as JEE Mains Exam. Recently, JEE Mains Exam has been commenced on 7 April 2013 (Offline). And, Online Exam was commenced on 8-25 April 2013. Result of JEE Mains Exam will be declared on 7 May 2013 on official site: http://jeemain.nic.in |

Sorry you are not eligible for this test with just 11th only After the compltion of 12th only you can eligible for this test Eligibility criteria for AIEEE :- you should complete inter with PCM with at least 50% marks your age limit must be 17- 25 years . You can only apply thrice in 3 consecutive years after 12th class. This exam is conduted for engineering courses AIEEE exam is Objective type AIEEE exam held in both online & Offline mode. AIEEE - ALL INDIA ENGINEERING ENTRANCE EXAMINATION conducted by CBSE for admission to under Graduate course in Engineering and Architectural Engineering. The candidate must be an Indian Citizen having either appear for the final 12th exam or pass with 60% marks with Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics from a recognised board, is eligible to apply for AIEEE. Re: Can a 11th class student apply for AIEEE? dear friend, No, my friend you are not eligible for AIEEE exam.. As you are in 11th standard now.. When you will be in 12th standard then you can apply for AIEEE exam.. One can appear in AIEEE exam for three times in consecutive manner. So, first go for 12th , and try to secure a good percentage of marks in 12th.. As one must have 50% aggregate in 12th standard to appear in AIEEE exam. All the best. |

It is organized by the CBSE to select candidates for the various programs of B.E/B.Tech/B.Arch across the country. Eligibility for the AIEEE says : 1. The candidate must be a 12th pass from a recognized board or school. 2. He/She should have scored a minimum of 60% in HS, and 60% marks individually in the Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics subjects 3. A person is allowed only 3 consecutive attempts to this exam, ie. one just after giving boards, and the rest two the following years. So as you ask, I must tell you that nobody studying in class 11th is eligible for this exam. Because, the course for this exam covers both the 11th and 12th classes. Re: Can a 11th class student apply for AIEEE? Dear pal, AIEEE is a national level engineering entrance exam conducted every year for the admission of students into the top colleges in India. The eligibility for writing is the exam is 50% marks for the students from the general category , bc and 45% for st,sc candidates in the 12 exam conducted by the state board or the central board. The subjects need to be chosen by the aspirant include mathematics, physics, chemistry. The fourth subject is optional. You can go for coaching if you wish to do better in the exam or you can prepare by yourself too. You need to wait for a year to write the exam. |

Re: Can a 11th class student apply for AIEEE? hi no you can not apply for the AIEEE . you can apply only after +2 . that too you need to get 50% marks for general categoryand 40% marks for SC/ST/OBC/PH category . be patient and prepare well for the exam so that you can get more marks to get into good colleges |

Re: Can a 11th class student apply for AIEEE? dear friend , it is not possible to attempt the aieee exam while in the 11th standerd. the minimum requirement to attempt the aieee is to pass the 12th exam. to get admission in the colleges offered by the aieee exam you must secure more than 50% in 12th exam ( 45% in case of reserved category students.) to apply online for the aieee kindly visit the website aieee.nic.in thanks |

It is a national level entrance examination held to short list candidates who are wishing to pursue their career in engineering in various colleges across the country. The minimum qualification required to appear for the entrance exam is a 12th pass. Students who are going to appear for the 12th board exam can apply for the entrance exam. At the time of admission the student should have scored minimum 50% for 12th grade. |

AIEEE is conducted for admission in engineering in the same year.. how can an eleventher take admission in engineering(minimum eligibility for engg is +2 with PCM) i would say just dot think too much .. use your time well for good preparation and appear for AIEEE next yaer.. you will do good. wishes. |

So you are not eligible to appear for the AIEEE exam at this time. The basic details regarding the AIEEE exam is given below: 1.Education Qualification: a. Students who have passed the 10+2 exam with physics, chemistry and maths are eligible to appear for this exam. b.Students who are appeared in the 10+2 exam are also eligible for the AIEEE exam. U can go for AIEEE even in this year but that would only help u in gaining experience.Even if u get good rank u will not be entertained for admission. moreover u will have to lie in ur application form about ur appearing year otherwise your application will be rejected. So,i will suggest u to not to gain exp lyk dis.You can solve AIEEE problem sets on ur own. |

The Eligibility criteria for AIEEE exam is: For B.E./B.Tech. compulsory subject in class 12th are Physics & Mathematics and any one of the optional subjects which are Chemistry, Bio-Technology, Computer Science or Biology. For B. Arch./B. Planning compulsory subject is Mathematics with 50% marks in aggregate at 10+2 . Good Luck. |
