As per your date of birth', you are eligible for admission in St. Xavier School. At the time of admission, you have to face an easy introductory interview. After clearing the interview you have to purchase the prospectus from the reception. You will find your admission form within the prospectus. Attach the required documents and submit your admission form along with fee. |

You simply have to purchase the school's prospectus for admission form. Fill and submit the admission form before the due date. Re: Admission for class one in 2016-2017 session of St. Xavier School at Park Street, Kolkata? Schools usually take children keeping in mind the age standards set by CBSE for the 10th board. See, according to the rules of CBSE, in normal cases(as we have some exceptions also)- The minimum age for the class 10th board is- 14 years as on 31st march and the maximum age is 16 years as on 31st march. From Nursery to 10th standard, it takes around 13 years, and hence children of age around 3 years or so are easily admitted in the schools in the nursery class. So, you don't need to worry about the age thing because in 1st class also, school admit children of 5 years and old onward and your child's age is greater than 5 years. Regarding the form part, that you need to contact the school only or check their website. From there only, you can get accurate and most updated information about the availability of the application dates. |
