In GATE Exam only C,C++ Programming language is sufficient to answer some question in GATE Paper.No other language is important for GATE Exam.So be strong in C/C++.C/C++ is base of all programming languages and it is the oldest language.So it is powerful because of its efficiency and control. Syllabus for Computer Science/IT Students for GATE 2017: ==> Engineering Mathematics ==> Digital Logic ==> Computer Organization and architecture ==> Programming and Data structures ==> Algorithms ==> Theory of computation ==> Compiler design ==> Operating systems ==> Databases ==> Computer networks ==> Aptitude and Reasoning These are the Subjects,You should prepare well for GATE 2017 in these subjects. |

Mostly the questions ask from the C and C++ programming language so both C and C++ languages are important for GATE(Graduate Aptitude Test in Engineering) exam because C language is old and widely used language for system and applications software because of its efficiency and control.Java is not so much important for GATE exam. GATE is the Graduate aptitude Test in Engineering is the entrance examination for the Masters of technology course of study and this examination is conducted once in every year. As you are from the Computer science engineering course of study you can take the GATE examination in your finale year of the B.Tech course and there are no programming languages present in the GATE recruitment and the main syllabus for the GATE examinations are

Which programming languages are important for GATE 2017? I am in 3rd year cse. I am a gate aspirant I am confused in which programming language i need to focus in way of clearing gate 2017. Which programming language is important for gate 2017? Whether java is important for gate or not? |
