Re: Age criteria for VAO exam 2017 VAO stands for Village Administrative Officer.It is conducted by Tamil Nadu Public Service Commission. Age limit:- **Your age should be above 21 years. **Upper age limit would be 30 years for General candidates and 40 years for Reserved Category candidates. **Age should not exceed 40 years for SC/ SC (Arunthathiyars),STs, MBCs/DCs, BCs, BCM and Destitute Widows of all castes. **Age relaxation upto 5 years is available for persons those who are affected by the ban order as per the orders of the Government. |

Re: Age criteria for VAO exam 2017 Minimum eligibility criteria required to write VAO Examination: VAO stands for Village Administrative Officer To appear in this examination a General Category Candidate must have Age within 21 to 30 years and relaxation is provided to SC, ST, MBC, BCM, in upper age limit that is up to 40 years. |

Educational Qualification: Candidates must have passed SSLC public examination or its equivalent with 50% minimum Age Limit : candidates minimum age should be 21 years but not more than 30 years. In case of reserved categories 40 years is the maximum age. Knowledge of a State language is a must (For instant if candidate applying for the State of Tamil Nadu then he/she must know the language that is Tamil). If you have completed your 21 age in 2016 then you can apply for the next year examination. But in case you will be completing your 21 age after application form of VAO exam then you cannot apply for this examination. It is important that you need to complete your 21 year age at time of filling the form for VAO examination. |

Re: Age criteria for VAO exam 2017 As per my knowledge you are not eligible for VAO exam. For applying in this exam your minimum age should be 21 years or above. You have to complete 21 years if you want to give this exam. Thanks |

Re: Age criteria for VAO exam 2017 Age criteria for VAO (Village Administrative Officer) exam. This exam is conducted by TNPSC. Candidates should have age limit within 21 to 30 years for General category. 40 years for candidates such as MBC, BCM, SC, ST. So, if you have more than that you can apply for that. |

The required age criteria for VAO exam 2017 are given below. => The age of candidate should be above 21 years. => The upper age limit is 30 years for General candidates and 40 years for Reserved Category candidates. As per your age, i think you are not eligible for Village Administrative Officer examination. |

Age criteria for VAO exam 2017 Hello Sir, I am planning to write the VAO exams on 2017. But i have a doubt that whether i have 21 years completed for the exam or ongoing 21 is ok? I will be completing my 21 on May 2017. Please help. |
