Yes, diploma in Mechanical Engineering candidate are eligible for B.Tech in Automobile Engineering. Those candidates who have completed diploma in Mechanical or Automobile Engineering from a recognized University are eligible for B.Tech course in Anna University through lateral entry exam. Your age should be above 18 years. |

There are following eligibility for B.tech in Automobile engineering. ^ You should have a diploma in Mechanical/Automobile engineering. ^ You should have to qualify the entrance exam conducted by the Anna University. ^ You should have knowledge about the automobile works. ^ You should have good communication skill.
