Re: Am I eligible to write JEE Advanced in 2017?

No, you are not eligible to write Joint Entrance Exam Advance in 2017. Because you are attempting JEE mains third time. You will got only two consecutive chances to appear in JEE advance exam starting from the year of appearing in intermediate standard.
Now, my suggestion to you is that you should go for JEE mains and try to score as much as you can. After that you have to participate in online counseling process to get admission in best engineering institute. You can also apply for admission in IIT's or NIT's on the basis of your score in JEE mains.

Re: Am I eligible to write JEE Advanced in 2017?

JEE refers to Joint Entrance Examination which is a national level engineering entrance examination held for offering admission in undergraduate technical courses like B.tech and B.Arch in top engineering colleges of India like IIT, NIT, IIIT, other CFTIs and other private engineering colleges.

--> JEE is held once every year by CBSE on the very first week of April every year in two stages which includes JEE Main and JEE Advanced respectively.

* Since you have passed your Class 12th in 2015, so you are not eligible for JEE Advanced 2017 ( hence for admission in IIT and ISM ) as for the same only students passing Class 12th in 2016 and 2017 are allowed to appear.

But you can appear in JEE Main 2017 as for the same students passing their Class 12th in or after 2015 are allowed to appear.

For further details and updates concerning to JEE you can refer to the link www.jeemain.nic.in.

Re: Am I eligible to write JEE Advanced in 2017?

No, you are not eligible to write JEE Advanced 2017 examination as your third attempt because, the maximum number of attempts to appear in JEE Advanced examination is two times after completion of 12th standard. Since, you have passed your 12th standard in 2015, you are eligible to appear in JEE Advanced examination only in the year 2015 and 2016 and you are not eligible to appear in JEE Advanced 2017 examination.

No, you are not eligible to write Advanced stage of examination in 2017.

Candidates are eligible to appear for Advanced stages only twice. So, you were only eligible to appear for Advanced stage in 2015 and 2016.

But, you can appear for Main examination and this will be your last attempt for Main examination.

Re: Am I eligible to write JEE Advanced in 2017?

Sorry, to say that you are not eligible to write JEE Advanced examination in 2017. The maximum number of attempts allowed to appear in JEE Advanced examination is two times that too in two consecutive years after completion of 12th standard.

As the maximum number of attempts to appear in JEE Main examination is three times that too in three consecutive years after completion of your 12th standard. Since, you have already appeared twice in JEE Advanced examination, you are not eligible to appear third time in JEE Advanced examination in 2017.

Re: Am I eligible to write JEE Advanced in 2017?

Any candidate who has appeared for board examination in 2015 can apply for:

JEE Main examination in 2015, 2016 and 2017 as there are three consecutive attempts for this stage of exam.

JEE Advanced exam in 2015 and 2016 only as there are two consecutive attempts for this stage for any candidate.

You are eligible to apply for JEE Main examination in 2017 but you will not be eligible for JEE advanced examination.

--- You are permitted to appear in JEE advance only for two consecutive times.

--- However, you are eligible to appear in JEE mains in 2017.

--- Because, you are allowed to appear in JEE mains three consecutive times.
