BCI(Bar Council of India) does not allow studying law part-time if you want to become a lawyer. For that, you are supposed to pursue a 5 year or 3 year LLB course.

*Your age should not be more than 20 years.

*SC and ST candidates should be less than 22 years.

*The whole course is about 4 year’s duration


*You should have a graduate / post-graduate degree with 50% marks for general category; 45% marks for widows/ wards of ex-servicemen/ serving personnel (recipient of gallantry awards)/ CW; OBCdegree with pass marks for SC/ST candidates

*Relaxation is applicable for sc/st candidates for 5% percentage of marks .

I wanted to know Can I opt for part time llb course as I am a post graduate in Customer Relationship Management having 2 and half years work experience.I also wanted to know which are the universities that offer part time llb course and what is the eligibility criteria and what is the scope for it.
