Re: What is the age limit for CBSC 10th exam? I got transfered from Chennai to Bangalore. My daughter was born on 27th July - 19999 (27/07/1999), as on date her age is 12 years - 4 months and currently studying in VIII Standard (Academic year 2011-12). Iam seeking for admission in Bangalore, but the CBSE board schools denying to give admission for IX Standard (Academic year 2012-13) at this age and saying she is younger, also as per them CBSE Board will not allow her to write exams @ age of 14 Years and 8 Months. Then how Chennai CBSE schools are allowing to attend Board exams on above said age. Can some one help me out getting an admission in East Bangalore @Kamana Halli, Ramamurthy Nagar, Banaswadi, Vormavoor, Naguvara etc..... otherwise please guide me whats the solution ? What is the age limit for CBSC 10th exam?
