Other than computer mca students can do specialisation in any other subjects in phd

IBPS is conducting bank P.O exams on behalf of 19 nationalized banks of the country. Applications can be forwarded through the web portal of IBPS (or concerned bank). Selection is done through written exam and interview. Reasoning, QA, verbal ability and general awareness forms the syllabus for the exam. There will be one descriptive paper also. Self study can be done using books like verbal and non verbal reasoning, quantitative aptitude, pratiyogita darpan and competition winner.

Yes, MCA graduates are eligible for Ph.D. You can have doctorate degree in computer application, computer science or related subjects. Admission process may vary with University. Admission to the course is usually done through entrance exams. Usually candidates with a minimum of 50-55% marks are considered for admission.
