EAMCET stands for engineering agriculture and medical common entrance test, and those candidates who have passed their 12th with PCM can apply for this exam. And you are eligible for this exam to attempt this year even you appeared in last year. |

Re: Possibility to write EAMCET exam this year if not secured good rank in last year? EAMCET stands for Engineering, Agriculture and Medical Common Entrance Test. It is a state level entrance examination conducted by JNTUH & JNTUK for offering admission in undergraduate professional courses in government and private institutes of Andhra Pradesh and Telangana. To be eligible to appear in EAMCET examination, you should have passed Intermediate or an equivalent examination with Science stream from a Government recognised board. The minimum age limit required to appear in EAMCET examination is 17 years as on 31st December of the year of examination. As per the information you have mentioned in your query, you have appeared in EAMCET examination last year but didn't secure good rank, as there is no restrictions on the number of attempts to appear in EAMCET examination, you are eligible to appear in EAMCET examination this year. |

Candidates who have passed 12th standard or an equivalent examination with Mathematics, Physics and Chemistry subjects from a recognised board are eligible to appear in EAMCET examination. Since, you have passed 12th standard from a recognised board, you are eligible to appear in EAMCET examination. |

LATEST IMPORTANT DATES --> Notification release = 9th February 2017 --> Online application form starts = 9th February 2017 --> Last date to submit the online application without late fee = 17th March 2017 --> Admit card release = 19th April 2017 --> Date of Entrance Examination = 24th – 27th April 2017 |
