ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA FOR AIIMS EXAM Those candidate have completed 12th standard are eligible for AIIMS exam but your 12th standard subject must be Physics , Chemistry , Bio logy and English. Also you must score 50% in all above mention subjects. For SC/ST candidate this percentage is reduced to 40%. AGE CRITERIA Your minimum age should be 17 years. COURSE DURATION - 5½ Yrs. EXAMINATION SCHEDULE - 1. Online Registration for Application Forms Second week of February 2012 2. Off-line sale of Prospectus-cum Application Forms Second week of February 2012 3. Re: Last date for the submission of forms for AIIMS? AIIMS admits students for Post Graduate and post Doctoral studies in medicine. For the batch commencing in 2012, the formalities of registration and even the date of entrance test are over. So, you have missed the bus for the coming session.
