=> Minimum Age - 20 years

=> Maximum Age - 25 years

The age relaxation is given to reserved category candidate. If you belong to reserved category candidate then you are eligible for SSC CPO exam 2017 otherwise not.

Eligibility criteria for SSC CPO exam :-

Educational Qualification : Bachelor’s Degree from a recognized University.

Age Limit : Between 20 to 25 years. An age relaxation will be applicable as per as govt. norms.

Selection Procedure : Written test(Paper-I and Paper-II), Physical Test, Medical Test, final merit list.

SSC CPO (Staff selection Commission - Central Police Organization) Exam is conducted through SSC .The eligibility criteria for this exam are as follows.

The Candidates should be a graduate in any discipline from a recognize university .
The age limit is 20 - 25years.
The candidates should be a citizen of India.

CPO stands for Central Police Organization.

The eligibility criteria for SSC CPO:

~~Graduation in any discipline from a recognized university. Final year graduation candidates can also apply for SSC CPO examination.

~~Age criteria for general category candidate is 20-25 years. It is 28 years for OBC and 30 years for SC/ST candidate.

You have not mentioned your category, you can check eligibility criteria according to your category.

Staff Selection Commission (SSC) conducts SSC CPO exam every year for recruitment of Sub Inspector and Assistant Sub Inspector. You are interested to know about the age limit criteria for SSC CPO exam 2017.

**The age limit criteria is that candidate age must have between 20 to 25 years. Relaxation in maximum age limit is given to reserved category students as per govt. norms. So, if you belong to any category then only you are eligible for SSC CPO Exam 2017 else you are not eligible for exam.

About this examination:

CPO exam is conducted for selection of graduates in Police Organization.

Eligibility criteria for SSC CPO examination:

Bachelor's degree in any discipline from a recognized university. Final year candidates of bachelor's degree can also apply for this exam.

Age criteria:

Age criteria for general category candidate is 20-25 years.

OBC and SC/ST candidates can get upper age relaxation. You can not apply if you are from open category.

SSC stands for Staff Selection Commission and examination and conducts examination for recruitment of candidates in various jobs.

The eligibility to appear for CPO examination is that candidate must have passed graduation from a recognised university and age limit is between 20-25 years.

The full form of SSC CPO is Staff Selection Commission Central Police Organization.

Eligibility criteria for SSC CPO examination:

1. You must have done graduation in any discipline from a recognized university. Final year graduation candidates can also apply for this exam.

2. The age limit for open category is 20-25 years. Reserved category candidates get upper age relaxation.

General category candidate at age of 27 years are ineligible for this exam. You can apply only if you belong to reserved category for 2017 SSC CPO exam.

SSC -- Staff Selection Commission.

SSC CPO exam held by Staff Selection Commission (SSC) Board for every year.

Candidates must have graduation degree form the recognised University.

Age for the post of Sub-Inspector in Delhi Police & CAPFs and Assistant Sub Inspector in CISF is 20 to 25 years. as on 1st January 2017.
Age for OBC Category is 20 to 28 years.
Age for SC/ST Category is 20 to 30 years.

The maximum age limit to appear for SSC CPO examination conducted for recruitment in as S.I in different CAPF's is 25 year.

So, you will be not eligible to appear for examination in 2017.

The required qualification to appear for examination is bachelor degree from a recognised university. Candidates waiting for result can also appear for examination.

CPO stands for Central Police Organisation and examination for recruitment in CAPF and Delhi Police is conducted by SSC every year as SSC CPO.

The eligibility to appear for examination is that candidate must have passed bachelor degree in any discipline from a recognised university and age limit is between 20-25 years.

So, you are not eligible to appear for examination in 2017 if you will be 27 years old in June. For more information about examination visit at www.ssc.nic.in.

The candidates for final recruitment must have to fulfill the physical fitness criteria.

Age criteria are as following:

SC/ST - 30 years.
OBC - 28 years.
Ex-Serviceman (OBC) - 31 years.
Ex-Serviceman (General) - 28 years.
Ex-Serviceman (SC/ST) - 33 years.
Candidate who had ordinarily been domiciled in the State of Jammu & Kashmir (General ) - 30 years.
Candidate who had ordinarily been domiciled in the State of Jammu & Kashmir (OBC) - 33 years.
Candidate who had ordinarily been domiciled in the State of Jammu & Kashmir (SC/ST) - 35 Years.

Well actually my age will be 27 just on 20 jun 2017. So, tell me that can i join in SSC CPO 2017 exams? Please sir tell me my DOB 20 JUN 1989.....
