Sorry, you can never join in NCC with this age.The upper age limit of NCC is 13-18.5 Years for JD/JW Cadets and up to 24 years of age in case of SD/SW Cadets.So, you cannot join NCC at this age.NCC proves useful for defense related exams but with this age you cannot even attend Defense examination since the upper age limit for most of the Defense Examinations is 30 years. NCC is useful in Government exams conducted by Public Service Commission examinations since they are given reservation.Since you cannot join NCC hence you have to try out for the examination with the aggregate you have scored.NCC will give the ' C' certificate after completion of 2 years of service.At an age of 28 there's no point of joining NCC because for most of the Government jobs the upper age limit is up to 30 years. So,better forget about the thought of NCC and take training from Institutes if at all you need to attend Government sector examinations.First go through the Syllabus and go through the preparation in a wise manner. |
