I am a B.Tech 3rd year EC student An embedded system is a software system that is completely encapsulated by hardware that it controls means an embedded system is a combination of computer hardware and software.In this course you will study fundamental regarding Microcontrollers and projects based on RTOS(Real Time Operating System).You should have basic knowleldge of C programming so you can eaisly do programming in 8051. Today embedded course has a very good scope related to job oppurtunities. A good book that you must refer for clearing various fundas regarding embedded system Embedded System: Architecture, Programming and Design by Rajkamal. EMBEDDED BASED PROJECTS: 1. Real time data acquisition system. 2. Traffic priority for ambulance vehicle. 3. Train collision avoiding system. 4. Remote control switching system. 5. DTMF switching. 6. RTC based timer for appliance control. 7. Multi channel sampling using ADC. 8. Embedded based variable frequency digital pulse generator. 9. Heart beat monitoring. 10. Wireless intellectual voting system. 11. Pre programmabletemperature control 12.Dish antenna positioning system 13. Embedded system based pressure monitor 14. Energy meter with pre-paid card 15. I am a B.Tech 3rd year EC student Hello sir.i m b.tech. 3rd year EC student and i want to know what actually an embedded course is?about which topics i 'll gain knowledge?i have only idea about C in cmpter.'ll i be able to understand embedded course and what is the duration? |
