Re: Retirement age of President of India As far as you are concerned about knowing the retirement age of President of India then I would like to let you know that there is no such age limit and can continue as a President till he/she gets selected for the same post. In India President is the real head and enjoys the supreme field in various aspects. At present the President of India is Dr. Pranab Mukherjee. Further to be eligible for becoming President of India one must satisfy criteria given below :- Candidate must have the nationality of India. Age of candidate must be at least 35 years or above. Candidate must have qualified to become member of the Lok Sabha. |

Re: Retirement age of president There is no any fixed age of retirement of the president of India. The president is most likely to be removed from the post in the following cases:- He / she is not able to maintain calm and peace in the country He / she can be removed if any his term ends. He / she can retire of their own will. The president has done something that will prove as a black spot for the country. |

Re: Retirement age of president There is not any retirement age for the president of India. He/she can announce their retirement whenever they want or after the end of term. The president can also be removed through impeachment for the violation of the constitution of India. Thanks |

Re: Retirement age of president There is no retirement age of Indian President. He/She can continue with his office till mandate of MLAs/MPs in his favor (Art 61 of Constitution - Impeachment of President ). There is also no limitation on number of times a person can be elected as president. But, minimum age limit to become President of India is 35 years. |
