Candidate must have passed 12th with English as main paper and have minimum 50% in 12th. Candidates have to appear and qualify in entrance examination conducted for admission in IIHM and other hotel management institutes. |

Eligibility criteria to apply for Hotel Management course after passing 12th are as under:- -The candidate must have passed 10+2 with English as compulsory subject or an equivalent qualification with at least 50% marks from a recognized board. -The candidate age should not be more than 22 years for getting admission after 12th . -The selection process involves of * written test * group discussion and * interview. |

Since you are interested in pursuing hotel management course which is a good career option then for your information I would like to let you know that the minimum educational qualification required for pursuing hotel management course is a higher secondary school degree course in any discipline from a recognized board. Students having completed any diploma degree course are also eligible for pursuing same course. Also I would like to let you know that few institutes do have minimum marks requirement at higher secondary school level for admission in hotel management course in their institute which is basically 50% marks. In India International Institute of Hotel management are best known for pursuing hotel management course as these institutes provide quality education, training and better job placement options. |

Re: Percentage required in 12th science to get admission in Hotel Management? Admission in hotel management course is on qualifying in entrance examination conducted by various institutes. The eligibility to appear for examination is :- Candidate must have passed 12th from a recognised board. Candidate must have scored at least 50% in it. There is no limitation on discipline of 12th. So, you can appear for examination and after qualifying in it will be eligible for admission in it. |

To get admission in undergraduate hotel management course the required qualification is candidate must have passed 12th from a recognised board in any stream. The average 50% aggregate in 12th is required to appear for entrance examination conducted for admission in course. Some of the best institute for pursuing course is :- IIHM. R.M Institute of Hotel Management. IIMT Hotel Management Institute. So, you are eligible to pursue course after 12th with science stream. |

Re: Percentage required in 12th science to get admission in Hotel Management? If you are interested to pursue Hotel Management then first of all you need to complete Intermediate. In Intermediate you must have to score at least 50 percent. There is no any special criteria about any specific stream that is you can pursue form any of the stream. If you want good college then you need to qualify entrance exam which is conducted by every college every year. But there is also procedure of direct admission but it will be better if you take admission after qualifying entrance examination. |

As far as you are concerned about hotel management as a career option then it is nice option for which the minimum educational qualification requirement is a higher secondary school degree in any discipline from a recognized board of education. Students having equivalent degree are also eligible. There is no specific percentage requirement for opting the same course as a career option. Apart from higher secondary education good communication skills as well as personality is beneficial at the time of personal interview at the time recruitment procedure. Minimum Percentage Required in 12th Class to get admission in Hotel Management: There is a certain minimum certain eligibility criteria required in order to get admission. The minimum educational qualification required and percentage criteria required is as follows. >> You must have completed minimum 12th Class from a recognized university in 10+2 pattern >> You must have secured minimum 50% marks in 12th Class in order to be eligible. >> If you have secured minimum 50% marks in Higher secondary course, I am sure that you are certainly eligible to get admission in Hotel Management Course. |

For pursuing hotel management, candidates must have qualified their 12th standard with minimum 50% aggregate in any specific stream. Some reputed institutes which offer hotel management courses take an entrance examination for the admission. And the admission will be held according to the performance of the candidates in entrance examination. |

The best subject to study in Hotel Management is that of a cook. The jobs are there in this category so try and take that as a specialisation in due of course of time. |

According to the eligibility criteria to join Hotel Management , a candidate must have passed 12th standard with 50% aggregate marks in any discipline and 40% marks for reserved category. Now a days candidates appear in the entrance exam called as NHMCET to take admission in government as well as private institutes of our country. So it is advisable to you that without focusing on your percentage you must prepare yourself for the entrance exam. |

Eligibility to pursue Hotel Management degree course: Qualification- Aspirants must have completed 12th from a recognised board with any discipline with minimum 50% marks and relaxation of 5% is provided to SC / ST and OBC students. Duration of course- 3 years Mode of Admission- Aspirants have to appear in the entrance exam known as NHMCET. This exam is conducted every year in the month of April. The candidates who are eligible to counseling after qualifying the entrance test you will given government seat in all over India. You will get admission in government institute on the basis of score of entrance test and if you want to pursue it from private Institute then you will be get admission on the basis of your 12th percentage as well as money donation. |
