Generally for getting best colleges like IITs and NITs , the students are needed to appear in engineering entrance exams like-IIT-JEE and AIEEE exam and secure good marks with good rank as well.

But for your kind information i want to inform you that due to your low percentage of marks in class 12th ,you are not eligible to appear in exams like IIT-JEE and AIEEE .so it would be difficult for you to get colleges like -IITs and NITs.

If you still want to go for engineering then you should apply in colleges which takes direct admission on the basis of their own entrance exam or other way to get good college is through donation .You can get good colleges without good marks only on the basis of donation or money .But again i want to make it clear that you will face problem during placement in future as today most of the companies needs atleast 60% in class 12th .

So you better decide what to do and what not to do .
