Re: What is the procedure followed to change my date of birth in 10th mark sheet? You can change your birthdate on 10th marksheet within 2 years of the date of declaration of result by the board. Procedure for change in birthdate on 10th marksheet is as follows : ● First make a application with following documents •Admission form filled in by the parents at the time of admission with correct date of birth. •The School Leaving Certificate of the previous school submitted at the time of admission. •Portion of the page of admission and withdrawal register of the school where the entry has been made in respect of the candidate. ● Then submit this application with all documents mentioned above in your school. ● Your school will forward your application regarding change in birthdate to your secondary education state board. ● After successful change in birthdate on your 10th marksheet by board your school will contact you & you will get new 10th marksheet with correct birthdate. But remember that this can't be done after 2 years of the date of declaration of result. |

What is the procedure followed to change my date of birth in 10th mark sheet? Sir/Mam, I would like to ask you how can change my date of birth. My original date of birth is 23.05.1088 where as in Open School 10th Market sheet is 25.6.1991. This is as per affidavit submitted by my father. Please help me. Awaiting to get the answer soon. |
