KIIT University ranks 4th best in Eastern India, 5th best amongst self-financing institutions and 16th best in India, according to Times of India-Gfk-Mode Study on ranking of Indian Universities. Ranked 16th in All India, including IITs & NITs Ranked 4th in East Zone, including IITs & NITs Ranked 5th amongst self-financing universities in 2009. Among India's Top 15 Engineering Institutions including IIT's & NIT's in 2010. How are the placements and rankings? the kalinga institute of industrial technology is one of the reputed university to become a successful and big education hub in a very short interval of time ..... it became the deemed university in the year 2007 and now it stands as THE KIIT UNIVERSITY..... It ranks amongst the top private engineering colleges in india it is at the first position in the race of the private institution in the eastern india and it stands 2nd after the iit kharagpur .. it is also at the top position in the entire Orissa ... and about the placement there is absolutely 100 % placement record from the past few years ...... so feel free to take admission in the KIIT UNIVERSITY |
