Re: What has a higher scope between BHMS and BAMS?

BAMS (Bachelor of Ayurveda, Medicine and Surgery) and BHMS (Bachelor of Homeopathy, Medicine and Surgery) have their own importance and future scope. The duration of both courses is same. Studying BAMS or BHMS purely depends on your interest. If you want to earn and settle in future faster then you can study BHMS. If you want to treat people and do research on plants and etc you can do BAMS course.

Now a days scope of Ayurveda is increasing since Ayurveda has no side effects but the cost of treatment is more but where as homeopathy also doesn't have any side effects and the cost of treatment is also low.

Ayurveda has great scope in India and Sri Lanka. Homeopathy have a world wide scope and has given equal importance with MBBS candidates.

Based on your interest you can choose. If you wanted to do masters in abroad then you need to choose BHMS course. If you wanted settle in India and do masters in India then you can choose BAMS course.
