Comparing the UPSC and MPSC is a easy task.YOu need to get small information that is you want to work any where in the india or only in the Maharastra. Then you can decide yourself in this dilemma of your question. MPSC is only for the State of Maharastra But the UPSC is nation wise,once you have selected and cleared all the rounds in the upsc then after a probation period or after a successful training you will get a good job in India. But when you passed in the MPSC you can get the job only to limited area that is Maharastra.So the scope of getting will become difficult. EVen though there are merits and demerits in Both the UPSC and MPSC.But only this is you have to pass the exam with more marks so that scope of getting the job is more. That is only the factor in both exams.So more the marks, more is the chance in MPSC or UPSC. Hope this info helps you.  All the best for your future endeavor's. Any more Queries.
