CS course has divided into three parts:- 1-Foundation Programme 2-Executive Programme 3-Professional Programme Candidate who have complete their 10+2 can join from the Foundation course.10+2 candidate can't join Executive Programme. Candidate who have complete their graduation can get direct entry in Executive Programme. Profesional Programme can join only after compliting Executive Programme. Fee Structure of CS Course:- Approximate fee for Foundation Programme is 3600 rupees. Approximate fee for Executive Programme is 7000 rupees. Approximate fee for Professional Programme is 7750 rupees. Qualified Company Secretaries has rich knowledge in legal, finance and management matter of the company and CS also have knowledge on the corporate governance,ethics etc. It is not a regular course and can be done from anywhere in INDIA. MINIMUM ELIGIBILITY TO JOIN COMPANY SECRETARY COURSE 10+2 passed any stream (art, science, commerce) or equivalent qualification from recognized board. or if you are graduate from recognized university you need not to clear the first stage of the company secretary course. NOW in INDIA institute of Company Secretary is thinking of changing the pattern of foundation level from descriptive to objective. Re: Duration and Fee structure for CS course? There is no such criteria starting that you are required to have maths in the qualification examination/ degree to be eligible for CS course. After passing 10+2 in any of arts/science/commerce stream you can apply CA-CPT. If you are graduate you can apply for executive course of CS directly. The following conditions are: B.com pass with 50% or more marks. Graduation in any stream without maths 55% or more marks. Graduation in any stream with maths 60% or more marks.
