No, you cannot do MCM just after passing class 12th.

MCM is a master's degree and master's degree iis always done after doing graduation.

So first complete your graduation.

You can do 3 years graduation in below stream.
Science
Arts
Commerce
Bachelor of computer applications.

The eligibility criteria for Master of Applied Computer Management course:

Academic qualification: Minimum academic qualification required for MCM course is bachelor's degree from a recognized university.

Senior secondary board passed candidates can not apply for MCM course.

The minimum qualification required for any master's degree course is bachelor's degree. Without bachelor's degree, a candidate can not get admission in post graduation course unless it is an integrated course.

MCM is not an integrated course. You will have to first pursue bachelor's degree to become eligible for Master of Applied Computer Management course.
