Re: Will failing in Physics is going to affect my admission in college with Bio-stream? Yes in some of the college candidate with compartmental certificate are not eligible to get admission. But no doubt if you will score better in entrance examination conducted by various institute then you are eligible to get admission. You have to clear your backlog with compartment or in next year to get admission in the higher degree course. |

You will be eligible to get admission in undergraduate course only if your final result is passed in 12th board. As you have failed in Physics in 12th you are not eligible to get admission. You have to clear your backlog through compartmental examination or by appearing in the next year to get admission in the undergraduate course. |

If you got failed in Physics subject in 12th board examination, then you have appear for compartmental examination to clear physics with good marks. After that you can apply for Graduation courses otherwise you will not be eligible for this course. In 12th Physics, Chemistry, Biology and Mathematics is core subjects and if you got failed in any one of the core subject then you cannot get admission in higher standard without clearing it. |

Since, you are interested in pursuing your higher studies courses in Bio-stream, then it is quite necessary for you to qualify your Class 12th by qualifing your Physics, Chemistry and Biology paper. One thing I would also like to let you know that even if you go for Mathematics stream course then also you are required to have qualified your Physics paper for sure. Hence, in order to pursue any higher degree course you have to clear your Physics paper through Compartmental examination as in case of PCMB group either Mathematics or Biology is an optional subject with Physics and Chemistry as two main subjects. |

Will failing in Physics is going to affect my admission in college with Bio-stream? I am a student of class 12th with PCMB (Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics and Biology). What if I fail in Physics and get good marks in remaining subjects? Will it affect getting admission later in graduation courses? |
