write down big concept in small language in a4 size paper through sketch pen and paste it on the wall. . . And daily at a particular time with decipline, come to that place and utter -- ''so we read ,how can we find out electric field.'' . . Now lets revise again like you r gving lecture to students. friend all u need to do is to close the book after reading an answer and try to regain it..be calm..take a deep breath..concentrate on your subject alone..please do not go out when you are preparing...sit in a correct posture while reading...u can definitely achieve in your exams if u follow these steps

Dear friend,

To mentally prepare for the exam you must first have to stop
taking stress and should take a good amount of rest/sleep daily.
Also when you prepare for exam , try to take it as any other
normal or school test where you have to study very normally
and you will clear the exam.
Also while studying a topic, try to prepare a short notes of the topic
which will help you when you will be doing the revision and also will
remove some stress about the topic.

Basically you need to be well focussed on what you would like to achieve. There should be a desire to do well in the exam. For this you must plan each day of the areas you are going to prepare. Based on this you should ensure that you follow the same. If by chance you are unable to follow the same then must make up for the same by putting in some extra hours.

keep cool don't get frustrated 1st thing i suggest prepare well as per the pattern of exam do model tests and analyse ur mistakes after that u short the mistakes and improve ur level.
before exam not think anything reach the place before an hour ahed take on glass of fruit juice keep smile and go through the papper definately ur papper go so well..

Hello friends, here are a some tips to tackle the entrance exams. First of all one has to make it clear what type of exam he is going to appear for and have to start looking up for the previous years question papers.

This gives the basic view of the particular entrance test.
Technical entrance tests mainly concentrates on the basics which are held together with some tough questions. therefore one has to be very clear with basics and have to brush through the subject thoroughly over certain period of time.

Practice as many mock tests to know your speed and performance. Be sure that u have a calm mind b4 the start of ur studies or exams.

Well IT IS natural to feel pressure while preparing for entrance exams especially when entrance exams are fast approaching.... so first of all consider it natural.And you need to maintain positive attitude towards difficulties... kyunki dar ke aage jeet hai..
Never let fear of losing catch up on you... in such conditions you should keep in touch with positive people who encourage you rather than telling you that you may fail,
beware of such -tive people and .. to counter loneliness you should go out of you study and sit with your family.. having a good chat can lift off that extra pressure from you and energize you to take on difficulties head on... eat tasty food and have a lot of fruits and juices.. the antioxidents present counter fatigue.
Further durin last time preparations ignore undone topics and concentrate on your strength.... Practice a lot of mocks and dont listen to stray gossip or failure talks.
you would do just fine.

Here are the tips to get mentally ready for entrance exams......
1.Plan ahead
2.Make notes
It will be very helpfull while we recall things
3.Revise with friends
It helps in swapping ideas between them
4.Concentration
If u study one small topic concentrate in that and dont deviate from that.
5.Drink more water
Your mind gets hydrated and you fell fresh.
6.Eat fruits
The healthier you are,the better you will be able to revise.
7.Listening to music
Don't get too much involved only in studying.Listen to your favourite songs to get relaxed.
8.Get enough sleep from which your mind gets relaxed from all stress.
9.Avoid procastinating
10.Have a positive attitude
11.Don't compare yourself with others.
12.Visualize success.
13.Stay away from negative people.
Thorough preparation, by studying the information and getting yourself ready mentally, will soothe your anxiety and help you to achieve your desired results on your test.

dear frnd,
let me tell u first of all you have to prepare extremely well for your any sort of entrance examination for your mental peace.If u r not prepared well for the exam then take my words u can't be mentally sound.U'll always be confused.so, prepare well.Just before u enter for the exam don't try to recall many times what u have read for which u might be confused.Just be fresh,cool,cal and composed.You will feel easy in appearing for your exam.
