Yes, you are eligible to apply for both these Post Graduate Teacher (PGT) and Trained Graduate Teacher (TGT) posts with the above mentioned eligibility criteria. Here is the essential educational qualification required.

>> For Post Graduate Teachers:
* You must have completed Post Graduation or Master's Degree with minimum 50% marks in the concerned subject and B.Ed course from a recognized university.

>> For Trained Graduate Teachers:
* You must have completed Graduation with 50% marks in the concerned subjects and you must have done B.Ed course from a recognized university.

As you are done with above mentioned required courses, I can say that you are certainly eligible to apply for PGT and TGT posts.

You must have Bachelor's degree in relevant subject and have degree of B.Ed.

TGT stands for Trained Graduate Teacher. For TGT the age limit should be below than 32 years and in the case of female you can apply up to the age of 42 years.

PGT stands for Post Graduate Teacher. For PGT the age limit should be below than 36 years. Relaxation is given to SC/ST and OBC and female candidate.

For PGT master degree is required and for TGT bachelor's degree is sufficient. Written exam is conducted for TGT and PGT who are passed this written exam will called for an interview.

To apply TGT exam, you should have passed a bachelor degree from a recognized university. You must consist at least 50% marks in bachelor degree to apply this.

You must be above 21 years. There is no upper age limit.

To apply PGT exam, you should have passed post graduation from a recognized university with at least 50% marks.

You must consist B.Ed course to apply these to exam along with bachelor degree or post graduation.

The acronym PGT and TGT stands for Post Graduate Teacher and Trained Graduate Teacher. The eligibility criteria for both are as follows:

Academic qualification:

TGT: Bachelor's degree in any stream and Bachelor of Education from a recognized university.

PGT: Master's degree in any stream from a recognized university.

You are eligible for both exams.

The academic qualification required for PGT and TGT are:

1. You must have done bachelor's degree ad bachelor of education from a recognized university to apply for TGT exam.

2. In case of PGT exam, you must have minimum qualification of master's degree.

As per your academic qualification, you are eligible for both exam.

I have done B.A with Home Science, M.A English and B.Ed with Home Science and English. Am I eligible for Post Graduate Teacher (PGT) and Trained Graduate Teacher (TGT) in Home Science?
