There are several private institutions offering the engineering courses and in order to get admission you have to clear the entrance test conducted by the respective institution. Generally the course fee is high with private institutions but it is not mandatory to pay donations to get admission in every private institutions. As you have not mentioned which engineering course you wish to do whether UG or PG course so it is not possible to tell you about any particular institution. |
