Re: Which one is more preferable, either BITs Goa or BITS Hyderabad? For dual degree Msc Economics which BITS (Goa and Hyderabad) is comfortable to get CS for second degree, faculty wise/ infrastructure wise. My son get 316 and keen to do CS. |

Re: Which one is more preferable, either BITs Goa or BITS Hyderabad? My son got 323 marks in bitsat and secured seat in Goa E&I in the first round and it may come up to EEE. JEE Advance ranked 4000 got the seat in IIT Bhubaneswar in EEE. what shoud i opet. |

Re: Which one is more preferable, either BITs Goa or BITS Hyderabad? i think bits-hyd is a better option, bcoz hyd is centrally located...and regarding infrastructure-hyd campus has very gud and modern infra...placement process was gud...but climate-wise goa campus is very gud, but i dont think ther is much diff. btn goa and hyd campuses regarding campus facilities,faculty,placements.....anyhow within 1 or 2 years bits-pilani is going to get centralized. |

BITS Goa is definitely a better option as compared to BITS Hyderabad. Though you may wonder why, the truth is that BITS Hyderabad is a newly established university and is not as known as BITS Pilani or Goa. It takes adequate time for a college to earn reputation in terms of quality of education, faculty, type of students, placements, etc. It is too early to judge BITS Hyderabad as of now as it is very new. BITS Goa is a well established college, has been running successfully for the past 8 years whereas the Hyderabad counterpart is only 4 years old as of now. Infact this will be the first year for the campus placements in BITS hyderabad as it is its 4th year and the students who joined in the year of establishment will be graduating this year. Though there is no doubt that BITS hyderabad will be good, there is simply no basis of comparison for a well established college which is doing well for past many years and has a good reputation.
