Re: Can I do a diploma after 10th for Aeronautical Engineering? hi friend, Ya off course he can enroll for Diploma in Aeronautical Engineering just after completeing its class 10 with at least 60% aggregate. He have to appear for state Polytechnique Entrance exam after cracking it with good rank he will be able to get admission to it. But since Aeronautical Engineering is not so easy,it is very complex sybject with the cobination of Mechanical,Instumentation,and Design engineering. I will advise him not to go for it now,it will be much better to persue it after class 12 by cracking entrance like-IITJEE,AIEEE etc. That because its not just about studing that course he also has to secure his career.And more better career prospect it is neccessary to persue that course from a well versed Institute. If any how he wont able to get into B.tech (Aeronautical Engineering) am saying this only because it is very typical to get into B.tech (Aeronautical Engineering) of a good institute.So,if he wont get into B.tech (Aeronautical Engineering) then better go for B>tech (Mechanical Engineering) and then he will easily find the way to M.tech (Aeronautical Engineering) and also this is much much better then going direct to B.tech (Aeronautical Engineering). Now the decision is His. thank you |

If you take up science ,with physics, chemistry and maths, you can appear for PET, AIEEE or IIT to pursue Bachelors in Engineering in any desired field,after which you can do your post graduation as a Master Of Business Administration (MBA) and if you have taken physics, chemistry and biology, you can appear for PMT and take up MBBS, BAMS, BHMS or BDS. you can also pursue Biotechnology, Biochemistry, Bioinformatics, Genetics, Forensic Science, Clinical Nutrition, etc., after which you can take up Masters in the same field of study so that you can thoroughly get acquainted with your specialization. can also try for qualifying as an astronaut, pilot, or for indian defence services. If you take up commerce, then the best you can pursue is Chartered Accountancy as a bright career or can also strive to become a Cost and Works Accountant. you can also take up arts to study further in literature, civics. can also go to civil services qualifying UPSC. Other than these academic courses, you can also explore your field of interest as a career, such as, Hotel management, professional photography, bank management, fashion or interior designing, mass communication, journalism, etc. and if sports fascinate you, it can also be taken up as a career. all the best. |

Some of the diploma engineering courses: Diploma in aeronautical engineering, Diploma in civil engineering, Diploma in mechanical engineering, Diploma in electrical engineering, Diploma in electrical and management engineering, Diploma in computer science engineering, Diploma in pharmacy, Diploma in hotel management etc. Best of luck. |

Re: Can I do a diploma after 10th for Aeronautical Engineering? hi dear, i really appreciate your brother interest.........but now he just appeared for the 10th board exam.........after that just ask him to opt for science stream and then to join some coaching institute for engineering entrance exam preparation.............. when he will be in 12th then in the month of november and december the forms for the AIEEE and IIT will be realeased..............just fill up the form and appear for the exam....... if your brother passed these exam with good AIR rank then he can go for aeronautical engineering course in IIT bombay and many other NIT and IIT providing these courses.... thanks |

Higher study if you think about short term future then you can go for a job but that won't be good for further career prospects. You must go for higher studies ie. at least a b. tech As you are diploma student you can get admission in 2nd academic year of B. tech. So, I would suggest you to go for B. Tech lateral entry in a good college because graduation is necessary for being a good professional in any field. But, diploma is not sufficient for a bright future one must go for degree and master courses for career advancement to get wide scope and a good salary also. All the institute that offers degree in aeronautical engg. take both diploma students and +2 students. There is no difference in curriculum. So going for a diploma in this field would not be a mature choice. You convince the boy to study +2. Actually, once a 10th qualified student starts thinking about his future and if he figures out that perhaps he won't be able to do good in entrance exams then his future will be spoiled and thus he wants to find job secured courses. In this regard they may hear from somewhere about guaranteed jobs after diploma and hence they completely got distracted. It is not wrong that there are secure jobs but there is no secure future. Also the Diploma holder students get maintainance and junior engineer and it takes more time to get a good promotion Reply With Quote thanks |

Re: Can I do a diploma after 10th for Aeronautical Engineering? freind, hiiiiii --Yes, you can do diploma in Aeronautical Engineering after 10th, lot of institutes offering diploma in Aeronautical Engineering, --First preferance of Job market are Students who have persued B.E./B.Tech (Mechanical engineering) and with specialisation in Aeronautical Engineering at M.E./M.Tech , then second choice comes for B.Terch (Aeronautical Engineering) and in this regard preferance are given to students of prestigios institutes. Then at last Diploma Aeronautical Engineers get job, and believe be there work is nothing more then Aircraft & Maintanance Engioneers. --So, better go for B.Tech Aeronautical Engineering or B.Tech Mechanical and then M.Tech Aeronautical Engineering after +2 rather waisting time in Diploma. -- think in a righteous way.. all the best |

Re: Can I do a diploma after 10th for Aeronautical Engineering? i think this year i'll get 50%-55% marks .... hmm so will i b eligible to do diploma and get admission in aeronautical engineering college [ anywhere in india ] ? and if i get less then 50% marks and then i do 1 and 2 with 70%-80% marks then can i get addmission in a good college ? actually this year i met with an accident so i was not able to score good marks but i am a average student i got 68% in 9th so please answer my question anyone as soon as possible i'll b thANkfull to you from d bottom of my heart your answers depend on my courier please ........ |
