No, you are not eligible for studying M.Sc in Plant breeding.

The basic eligibility required for studying this course is a bachelor's or its equivalent level degree in related subjects like agriculture/ horticulture/ biology/ forestry with minimum 50% from any recognized university.

Since you have studied your bachelor's level degree in botany, zoology & chemistry you are not eligible for studying M.Sc in plant breeding.

For more detailed information about the admission process in BHU visit the official website of the university.

I have completed B.Sc in BZC (Botany, Zoology, Chemistry). Now am I eligible for M.Sc in Plant Breeding (in N.G Ranga affiliated to Banaras Hindu University) or am I eligible for competitive exams for M.Sc Plant Breeding?
