I am appearing for M.A English in IGNOU I have completed my M.A English in distance education with 53% and M.Phil in regular again i did my M.A in regular and got 69%, I belongs to sc category am i eligible for ph.d ?but all colleges are looking for 55%. |

Those candidates who have completed masters degree with above 55% marks from a recognized university with above 55% marks are eligible for Ph.D course. There is no age criteria for Ph.D course but you must have valid UGC NET score card. |
