To become IAS you have to clear UPSC-CSE exam.
So at first you have to focus only on your 10th exams.
• then you have to do your high secondary level studies ,from any of your desired stream.

• after that must hold a Bachelor's Degree from any of the recognized universities

After this you are eligible for UPSC exam.

As you are in 10th standard now, so currently you cannot apply for IAS Officer exam i.e. Civil Services Exam.

To be eligible for Civil Services Exam conducted by UPSC, you will have to complete your 12th standard first. Then, complete your graduation in any course.

While pursuing your graduation, you can apply for Civil Services Exam in the final year of your graduation.

There will be three stages to qualify Civil Services Exam i.e.
  • Preliminary Exam (CSAT)
  • Mains Exam
  • Personal Interview
