MCA is Master in Computer Application. Yes, you are eligible to get admission in the course.

Candidates passed bachelor degree in Computer science can appear in entrance examination. So, you can appear in examination and after qualifying in it will become eligible for admission in the course.

Possibility to study MCA for BSC Computer Application student :-

MCA stands for - Master of Computer Application.

Educational Qualification:-

The minimum educational qualification required for pursuing MCA degree course is a bachelor degree in any stream from a recognised University. Further, a candidate is required to have studied mathematics as a main subject at his class 12th level or graduation level for a minimum of one year.

Students having pursuing BCA degree at their graduation level are eligible for pursuing MCA degree course.

MCA stands for Master of Computer Applications and it is a profession degree course of three years with a good career scope in IT industry and software world.

The minimum education required for pursuing MCA degree course is a bachelor's degree in any discipline with Mathematics as a major subject either in Class 12th or in the bachelor's degree course from a recognized university. Students holding BCA/B.Sc (CS/IT) degree are also eligible for pursuing MCA degree through lateral entry.

So, having completed your B.Sc degree course in Computer Applications, you are eligible for pursuing MCA degree course.

The academic qualification required for this course is bachelor's degree in disciplines like computer engineering or application or information technology or in science etc from a recognized institute of India.

Candidate must have studied Mathematics in standard 12th to apply for MCA course. There are exams like NIMCET for admission in top colleges of MCA course. You can apply for the course after B.Sc in Computer application.

Yes, you can appear in various entrance examination conducted for admission in MCA course.

It is two year course. Entrance examination is conducted by various universities for admission in the course. The common eligibility to appear in examination is that candidate must have passed 12th in Mathematics as main paper or have completed bachelor degree in Computer.

So, you can appear in entrance examination conducted by various institutes and after qualifying in it will become eligible to get admission.

The full form of MCA is Master of Computer Application.

It is a post graduate course.

B.Sc computer application candidates are eligible for MCA course if they have studied mathematics in 12th board.

Academic qualification required is bachelor's degree in science, computer application, technology etc and mathematics at 12th level to apply.

It is possible to pursue MCA after completing B.Sc in Computer Application. You just need to qualify entrance examination for the institute in which you want to take admission.

For MCA admission you need to appear for entrance exam which will be conducted by the concerned University or Institute. You must make sure that you have got BCA degree with at least 60 % marks to become eligible for top entrance exams.
Admission is purely based on merit and you need to perform well in the entrance exam then only you will be eligible for admission through counselling.
As you have completed a Bachelor Degree in Computer Science.

To be eligible to study MCA course, the candidate must have completed Bachelors Degree Course from a recognised University and must have studied mathematics subject at 12th standard level.
Being a computer science graduate you are eligible to pursue MCA course. Most of the colleges of a direct admission in MCA course Where are some colleges conducts an entrance exam and offers admission to married candidates of the entrance examination.

Hello everyone, I am doing BSc course in Computer Applications. After completing my BSc, I want to do MCA course. I would like to know that is it possible for me to do MCA course after completing my this BSc?
