As far as my opinion is concered you have to choose in be computer science ,there are more scope in computer science as compared to software engineering and most of the engineering college not offer software engineering. |

Yes, computer science engineering has more job and career opportunities as compared to Software engineering. In fact, syllabus overlap between both streams. After completion of B.Tech in CSE, you can ultimately become software engineering with some specializations. In case of engineering, there is an adage which states that you must follow your interest in a particular discipline without any hesitation and suggestion of others. |

Else the choice is in your hand. Choose Computer Science if you like logic and maths and want knowledge in specific field of computer science. Choose software engineering if you want to learn the whole process of software management, development and maintenance. |

Software Engineering or Computer Science Engineering, which one has better scope to study in BE? Hi Sir/Madam, I am studying in 12th standard with Science stream. I am interested to study BE course in Software Engineering. But some of my friends told me that it is better to do Computer Science Engineering. I just want to know which one has better scope? |
