I have 75% marks in Higher secondary examination and 48.5% marks in graduation. And I have 51.2% in MA.If I will do B. Ed.. Suppose I will get 55% marks. Can I eligible for CTET? Please reply

Thanks for sharing your question.

Ctet stands for central teacher eligibility test.

It's a government of India job. One have to clear it's entrance/exam.

For appearing in ctet exam, one must have passed senior secondary with 60% marks and cleared graduation with 50%of marks.

Also, the criteria may vary as per the new updates.
So, this is the answer of your concern.

I have 43 % in b.a and 60 % in masters and i am doing my b.ed through my marks in masters,am I eligible for CTET primary.

I am graduate with 45% in BA honers. Am I eligible for ctet? And what is best for me b.ed or jbt if I also prepare for competitive exams...plz guide me...

Yes, you will be eligible to apply for CTET with your qualification.

CTET stands for Central Teacher Eligibility Test .

The Central Board of Secondary Education, Delhi conducts the CTET for making appointment of eligible candidate as teacher Central Schools.

The candidate who wishes to apply for class I-V should have Senior Secondary exam with at least 50%(45% for reserved category) marks.The candidate who are in the final year of their diploma can also apply for the examination .


The candidate who wishes to apply for class VI-VIII should have Graduation degree from a recognised university with at least 50% marks.There is relaxation of 5% marks for backward categories candidates

The minimum age limit to apply for the CTET is 22 years.There is no upper age limit to apply for the CTET exam.

Minimum educational qualifications for becoming teacher for Classes I-V (Primary Stage) of CTET exam is Senior Secondary (or its equivalent) with at least 50% marks and passed or appearing in final year of 2-year Diploma in Education (Special Education) or Graduation and passed or appearing in final year of two year Diploma in Elementary Education.

I HAVE GOT 48.5% MARKS IN GRADUATION, SO WHAT % WE HAVE TO GET IN M.Sc SO THAT I CAN BE ELLIGIBLE FOR CTET?????????????????????????
