Basic Eligibility for Bank Manager : Educational requirement: Bachelor degree with 55% minimum with specialization in Accounting, Business Administration, Finance. Experience: Atleast 2-3 years of experience in financial services Age : Candidate should not be more than 45 years. Other qualification required: > > CPA or CFA certifications are optional, but may improve career opportunities. > > Strong Accounting, good communication skills, time management etc. > > Computer skill: Accounting software, Microsoft Office. > > Understanding of federal and State regulations regarding financial reporting. |
