The maximum age limit to join Indian Army for various posts are upto 27 years. As you have mentioned that you have done diploma in computer science, there is no way to join Indian Army at the age of 29 years. Candidates having post graduate degree are even not considered eligible after the age of 27 years in Indian Army.
