Hello, The requirement is as follows: The basic criterion of eligibility for application to the course is an L.L.B (Bachelor of Law) or equivalent degree from a recognized university. In India, the course is offered at an average fee lying between INR 2 and 5 Lacs, varying across institutes. |

Re: Requirements to study LLM(Industrial Law) for LLB Honours student? Very few universities in India offer LLM in Labour law. Universities that offer the specialisation are- 1. Osmania University, Faculty of Law(2 years course) 2.Cochin University of Science and Technology, School of Legal Studies 3. Bangalore University, University Law College 4. Acharya Nagarjuna University, Law Each of these universities conduct their own entrance examinations for the purpose of in taking students in LLM Batch. You've to apply for that, and qualify the examination in order to study LLM. |

The minimum requirement of eligibility for the course is an LLB that is Bachelor of law or another equivalent degree, completed with minimum aggregate score of 45% for general category and 40% for SC / St categories from any recognised University. Candidates are advised to possess work experience of a minimum of 1 year as a reputed Institute for candidate with professional knowledge.
